Q10. What is Auto-login feature?

An Auto-login feature allows you to login to your website without having to click on anything to complete the action like submit, login, enter etc. provided the website does not have added factors for login for e.g., captcha, ‘I am not a robot’, 2FA etc.

Q11. If I change my password for a website, will it change automatically in the InnaIT^Key Password Manager?

No. When you change the password of a website you need to update the same in InnaIT^Key Password Manager as well. We recommend you use the Password Generator feature here to have strong passwords for your websites.

Q12. How do I backup my site data? How do I restore this data back again?

You can back-up all your website credential data in a file and keep it safe. If at all you lose your key or buy an additional key, you can use the back-up data to load the credentials onto the new device. Click here…….

Q13. How do I erase all the site related data?

If you want to erase all website data and start fresh or are switching to a new device and discarding the current one, then you can use the Erase option to delete all website credentials stored in the device. Click here……

Q14. What do I do for sites that require an additional entry like an OTP to login?

There might be websites that will require OTP as a second factor apart from passwords to login. In this scenario while listing the website in the Password Manager, do not select the ‘Auto-Login’ option. This will allow the Password Manager to wait until the OTP has been entered to login.

Q15. I would like to use two different devices for work related sites and personal access sites. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. Whenever you are adding a website to your list, make sure the intended Key for that website has been plugged in. This will allow the credentials of that site to be stored in the plugged-in device.

Q16. Will my InnaIT^Key work with my phone?

Since Android and iOS do not support HID devices, InnaIT^Key will not work on your smartphone.

Q18. How do I find my device serial number?

You will find a QR code behind the device. You can scan the code and get the serial number details of your device. Additionally, when you connect the device to your system, the InnaIT console will automatically read the serial number of the device and display it.

Q19. How much time will it take to rectify an issue?

The response time will depend on the extent of the issue. Normally a resolution will be given in 4-5 working days.

Q20. What do I do if I lose my InnaIT^Key?

No need to panic! You can click here to report a lost key. Though none of your data (website or fingerprint) is vulnerable if you lose a key as it is in an encrypted format, however for convenience we can disable the key till you get a replacement.

Q21. My InnaIT^Key device is locked. What should I do?

While trying to login to InnaIT^Key Password Manager your device might get locked on three incorrect attempts. In this event you need to wait for 10 minutes after which it will be unlocked automatically.

Q22. I am not able to configure my key for a particular site that I use. Is there a way I can request that this be made to work?

Please reach out to our support ikpmsupport@precisionit.co.in with your requests. We will see what we can do. If the website cannot be added, we will provide you with the appropriate reasons.

Q23. My InnaIT^Key doesn’t seem to work with my browser. Is this browser not supported?

InnaIT^Key supports Chrome & Microsoft Edge. It can also support any Chrome based browser.

Q24. How many incorrect attempts are allowed?

Three incorrect attempts to login to InnaIT^Key Password Manager are allowed after which the device gets locked for a period of 10 minutes.

Q25. Can I store fingerprints of my family and friends in the same device?

Even though it is possible to add others’ fingerprints (up to 10 in total) in the device, it is strongly recommended against the practice as it will compromise your credential security for your websites. Considering you might add sensitive sites like your Bank, social media etc. if you allow others’ fingerprints in the device then they can access the sites as well.

Q26. How many fingerprints can I add to my InnaIT^Key device?

You can add all your 10 fingerprints to the device.

Q27. What browsers & OS does InnaIT^Key Password Manager support?

InnaIT^Key Password Manager supports Edge, Chrome and all Chrome based browsers. It can work on Windows OS and MAC OS. However, on MAC OS it will work only on the above-mentioned browsers and not on Safari.

D. Not to use the service in a way that disrupts or abuses our network, other users, or the Service.

• Precision Biometric reserves the right to change the price of the Services at any time and updated prices will be effective as of the user’s next billing cycle.
• By purchasing the Service, the customer undertakes to provide Precision Biometric with accurate billing, contact and payment information and agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Precision Biometric reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Services, with prior notice, if the user is found to be in violation of our terms of service, or if a subscription payment is not made within 7 days of the applicable due date. Services will be reinstated if the user remedies the violation(s) to the satisfaction of Precision Biometric.

• Usernames, site details and a user’s contact and payment details are the only information stored by Precision Biometric.
• Passwords are ONLY stored on the user’s own InnaIT^Key device and can be backed up to a personal device of the user’s choice.
• Precision Biometric CANNOT access any passwords set by a user. Thus, in the event of theft or loss of their InnaIT^Key device, Precision Biometric will be unable to help a user retrieve their passwords, if they fail to back up their device.
• Precision Biometric shall not be liable for the loss of a user’s password information resulting from the loss, theft, or destruction of the user’s InnaIT^Key.
• Precision Biometric maintains all the appropriate organizational, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

• Precision Biometric email-based support is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 (Indian Standard Time). Any emails received outside of
  the specified times will be attended to on the following business (working) day.
• The Customer can reach our support team by sending an email to ikpmsupport@precisionit.co.in.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship of the product only and is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty Validation/ Warranty Period Confirmation will be done through the Customer Invoice Date/ Purchase Receipt.
• This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Any replacement product will be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

• Damages resulting from Improper use, misuse, or neglect of the product.
• Damages resulting from accidents, abuse, or acts of God.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs done to the product.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Lost parts that were originally supplied with the InnaIT^Key.

This warranty will not be applicable in the event

• The product is physically damaged.
• The product is modified, repaired, disassembled, or otherwise tampered with by any party that is not authorized by Precision Biometric.

In case of any issues covered under this warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim:

A. Contact Precision Biometric Support Team via email at ikpmsupport@precisionit.co.in.
B.Provide your Original Purchase Receipt and Product Details in the email, along with a description of the issue(s) to be sorted out.
C. Our support team will guide the customer through the troubleshooting process and determine if the issue is eligible for warranty coverage.
D. If the customer’s claim is approved, Precision Biometric will provide further instructions for the repair or replacement of the product.

• Our liability under this warranty is limited only to the price of the product or the cost of replacement, whichever is lower.

Precision Biometric shall not be liable for:

• Any other claims other than that stated in Paragraph 5 above such as indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
• Any loss of data resulting from improper use, theft and/or misplacement of the device.

This warranty will be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

The Customer shall preserve the Purchase Receipt, as it will be required for processing any warranty claims. For customer’s queries, Precision Biometric support Team may be contacted.
